iMapper can work offline without the app, but we recommend using it for a better experience.

To use the wireless functionality of iMapper you need to follow these steps:

1. Turn ON iMapper Racer 3 Plus if you haven’t done it already
2. Download and open the right App: iMapper Connect App (iPhone & iPad) iMapper Connect App (Android) iMapper Connect Web App (PC)
3. Connect the iMapper following the tutorial inside the page
4. Update the iMapper to the latest Firmware For more information iMapper Racer 3+ Firmware Update
5. Start using the app functionality
6. iMapper needs to be near the device to avoid disconnection

1️⃣ How to take a scan with the app

By clicking once on the 📏 button you can start a remote scan.

2️⃣ How to see a live preview of the points iMapper is taking

When you start the scan with the iMapper you can also click on the 👁️ to preview the points the iMapper is taking (the app will show 1/10 points the iMapper is actually measuring).
