iMapper Studio allows you to order a 2D base plan or a 3D model in less than 2 minutes, using a point cloud assembly. The price is known in advance, and the use of point clouds and photos guarantees an accurate result, easily verifiable by overlaying with the provided plan.

✅ 2. What iMapper Studio Does

• 📐 Creation of 2D or 3D base plans in your preferred tool (SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD) with your template.

• 🏠 Integration of the following elements:

  • Walls, doors, windows, stairs, balconies, verandas, roofs, chimneys.
  • Sanitary fixtures: toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers.

• 📏 Level of detail:

  • Precise dimensions within 1 or 2 cm (goal <1 cm).
  • In 2D: takes into account elements larger than 15x15 cm (e.g., balustrades yes, door handles no).
  • Some complex elements may be simplified (e.g., stairs).

  

❌ 3. What iMapper Studio Does Not Do (by default)

• 🛋️ Modeling of furniture (possible upon request in the comments).
• ⚡ Electrical and plumbing networks (only visible large pipes are considered).
• 🔎 Small non-essential details.
• ❗ Interpretation of missing data: in case of an area not covered by the point cloud, a comment will be added to the plan.

📌 4. Client Obligations

• 🔄 Point Cloud Assembly: Clients must assemble their point clouds before submitting a request to iMapper Studio.

🛠 5. Ordering Process

1. 📂 Assemble the point clouds on your own.
2. 📝 Complete the order form with your desired deliverable choice. An estimated quote will be provided in the form.
3. 📩 Receive the plan and the aligned point cloud within 5 business days (indicative time).
4. ✅ Verify the plan. A free correction is included if necessary.
